PeopleA carefully selected community of exceptional men from business, technology, finance, art, fashion, media, culture, science and philanthropy.
A private community for exceptional gay entrepreneurs, cultural leaders, investors, creators and philanthropists.
ARC brings together men who have already achieved a great deal — and who understand that true success is measured not only by what you have built, but by whom you have helped rise alongside you.

ARC is not a nightclub, not a mass LGBTQ+ organisation, and not another venue for formal networking.
It is a carefully curated international community of men united by character, achievement, curiosity and a willingness to shape the world.
Here, relationships form that cannot be bought through advertising, stumbled upon at an event or found by an algorithm. ARC creates a space for genuine trust — personal, professional and human.
The Club Credo“Achievement gets you considered.
Character gets you invited.
Contribution keeps you inside.”
The more successful a man becomes, the harder it is to find real relationships.
Most spaces offer status, entertainment or access. ARC offers something rarer — the chance to be among people to whom you never have to explain who you are or the path you have travelled.
We are building a community where ambition needs no apology, success creates no distance, and every personal story is met with respect.
A carefully selected community of exceptional men from business, technology, finance, art, fashion, media, culture, science and philanthropy.
Personal introductions, private events and opportunities that no ticket can buy.
Intimate dinners, cultural events, journeys, salons, private screenings and conversations with the people shaping the future.
Pooling the resources, experience and networks of ARC members to support talented gay men living with persecution, violence and a lack of opportunity.

We do not gather the most famous people.
We gather the right people.
By personal invitation only

Membership of ARC is granted exclusively by personal invitation.
Financial means do not guarantee admission. We consider a person’s character, reputation, values, achievements and what he can bring to the community.
ARC is not built around the number of members. It is built around the quality of the relationships between them.
The membership fee is not a prepayment for food, drinks or entertainment.
Certain dinners, journeys and special events may be charged separately.
The true value of ARC lies in its community, trust, personal access, the quality of introductions and the opportunities that arise within the club.
*Membership terms are shared privately following an introductory meeting.

The club’s development team may meet prospective members and guide them through the admission process, but the final decision always rests with the Membership Committee.
Many ARC members remember a time when, even in America, living openly as a gay man could cost someone his career, family, safety and future.
Today, millions still live in countries where they are persecuted, beaten, blackmailed, denied education and work, or imprisoned simply for who they are.
Among them are talented young men — future entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, doctors and leaders. They do not lack ability. They lack safety and the chance to fulfil that ability.
ARC exists to connect those who have already gained freedom and influence with those for whom that freedom is still out of reach.

Privilege is not the destination.
Privilege is the responsibility.

Charity dinners, auctions and special campaigns will raise additional funds. Proceeds from these events, less direct costs disclosed in advance, go to approved programmes.

We cannot help everyone at once.
But if, thanks to ARC, even one talented young man finds safety, gains an education, finds work and is able to live without fear for the first time — that will be more than charity.
It will be a new life our community helped make possible.
In a world of endless events and superficial acquaintances, the greatest luxury is a seat at the table with people truly worth listening to.
The ARC programme is built around intimate formats, meaningful conversation and a personally curated guest list.
We do not host events for the sake of numbers. Every ARC evening should create an introduction, an idea or an experience that stays with you for a long time.

Intimate dinners for 10–15 members. Each guest list is hand-curated, bringing together men of different backgrounds but a shared calibre of thinking and mutual potential. Topics may range from business, culture and relationships to legacy, technology, investment and personal decisions.

Private conversations with entrepreneurs, artists, investors, filmmakers, researchers, civic leaders and people transforming their industries. Not a public interview, but an honest conversation you would never hear from a conference stage.

Private viewings of exhibitions, artists’ studios, private collections, theatre productions, films and cultural spaces.

Personal introductions between members. The Membership Team gets to know each member’s interests, goals and experience, then makes a limited number of relevant introductions. This is not a digital contact directory. Every introduction should bring clear value to both sides.

Small international journeys, cultural weekends and private experiences for ARC members.

A quarterly gathering of the whole community: club results, new members, the upcoming programme and a report on ARC Impact.
There is no trust without privacy.
ARC members can speak freely, meet and build relationships without fear of publicity or unwanted attention.
Privacy is not a feature.
It is the foundation.
ARC was founded by Andre and Navarr as a private community for a new generation — intellectual, international, aesthetic and socially responsible.
Andre leads ARC’s overall vision, brand philosophy, aesthetics, club culture, strategy, presentation and public positioning.
Navarr leads strategic relationships in the US, business development, negotiations, partnerships, prospective members and Founding Patrons.
ARC is not one person’s project, but a community that, over time, will be shaped by its members.
ARC begins in New York — the international capital of business, culture, finance, fashion and art.
New York will be ARC’s headquarters, flagship chapter and home to its main annual events.
In time, the community will expand to
We are not simply looking for successful people.
We are looking for men of character, curiosity and inner freedom, with the desire to create something greater than personal success.
If you believe your values align with those of ARC, you may request a confidential private introduction.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee membership.
Every application is reviewed privately by the ARC Membership Committee.
